Intelligence Cloud is a SaaS product for training centers, tutoring centers, language schools, and similar education businesses.

When a workspace is created, we process data needed to register the account, provision the workspace, authenticate users, send service emails, provide support, and operate the SaaS platform.

Typical account data includes user name, email address, company or school name, workspace identifiers, access roles, login metadata, and support communication.

Customers may enter student, teacher, group, schedule, attendance, invoice, payment, payout, report, branch, classroom, and operational records into their workspace.

For this customer-controlled school data, the school or training center decides what data is entered and why. Intelligence Cloud processes that data to provide the service and support the customer.

We process personal data to provide and secure the website and SaaS platform, create and maintain workspaces, deliver service communications, support users, manage subscriptions, improve product reliability, and comply with applicable obligations.

We share personal data only where needed to operate the service, provide support, meet legal obligations, or work with service providers acting on our behalf.

Service providers are expected to process data only for the purposes needed to provide their services to Intelligence Cloud.

Personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, for an active customer relationship, for legal or accounting obligations, for security, or for dispute prevention.

Customer workspace data can be deleted or exported according to the applicable subscription, customer agreement, and data processing terms.

Depending on applicable law and your role, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or request portability of personal data.

Send requests to support@intelligencloud.com. If your request concerns data controlled by a school using Intelligence Cloud, we may direct the request to that school or support the school in responding.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep the platform reliable and protected.
