What is student portal software?
Student portal software gives an authenticated student a secure place to review information the school already manages, such as lessons, attendance, approved invoices, payment history, and profile data.
Is the student portal included in every plan?
Yes. Student portal access is included in Starter, Pro, and Pro+ without a separate portal add-on fee.
Can students see every invoice?
No. Students can see only their own approved invoices. Draft and unapproved invoices remain in the school workspace.
Can students pay online in the portal?
The current portal shows payment history recorded by the school. It does not claim an online payment checkout.
Does every student receive access automatically?
No. The capability is available to every school plan, but school staff explicitly invites each student and can deactivate access later.
Is this an LMS or parent portal?
No. The portal focuses on operational records around lessons, attendance, invoices, payments, and profile data. Homework, grades, course content, and parent accounts are outside this scope.
