Service description
Intelligence Cloud is a SaaS platform for scheduling, attendance, students, teachers, course pricing, student invoices, payment tracking, teacher payouts, and management reports.
Available features may depend on the selected plan, enabled services, workspace settings, and product configuration.
Account and workspace responsibility
The customer is responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of data entered into the workspace, for assigning user roles appropriately, and for keeping user credentials secure.
Users must not access or attempt to access another customer's workspace, disrupt the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Free month, subscriptions, and pricing
A free first month may be offered so a customer can evaluate the workflow with demo data or their own workspace data. No payment card is required to start.
After the free month, continued use may require choosing a paid plan. Published prices are shown in USD unless another currency or agreement is explicitly provided. Taxes may apply where required.
Plan packaging, features, and prices may change over time. Changes affecting active paid customers will be communicated reasonably before they take effect.
Customer payments and school finances
Intelligence Cloud helps customers record and explain school operational data such as invoices, payments, balances, teacher payout statements, and reports.
The customer remains responsible for reviewing amounts, communicating with students or parents, collecting payments, paying teachers, and complying with accounting, tax, payroll, employment, and education regulations that apply to the customer.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, secure, and useful. The service may still be unavailable during maintenance, updates, incidents, or circumstances outside our control.
Features may be improved, added, changed, or removed. We try to avoid unnecessary disruption and to communicate material changes in a reasonable way.
Data and backups
Customers should keep appropriate exports or internal records where required by their own policies or applicable law.
We may maintain backups and logs for security, reliability, and recovery purposes according to our operational retention practices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intelligence Cloud is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business opportunity, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Termination
A customer may stop using the service at any time. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if these Terms are breached, if required by law, or if a paid subscription is not maintained after the free period.
After termination, data export and deletion are handled according to the applicable subscription, customer agreement, and data processing terms.
